At Wetopi, all hosting plans include a 100% money-back guarantee of the amount paid during the first 30 calendar days.
This guarantee applies only to managed WordPress hosting plans for new customers at Wetopi.
This means you can try any Wetopi subscription plan risk-free for 30 calendar days.
Any action taken during the 30 calendar days of the guarantee does not alter its duration. This includes adjustments to the size or type of plan chosen.
During the guarantee period, if the customer wishes to terminate the contractual relationship and make use of the money-back guarantee, they must expressly request it.
If the customer does not decide to terminate the contractual relationship, and there is a balance in their favor, no transfer or credit will be made, and the amount will remain available in the Wetopi wallet for an indefinite period of time.
That amount will be available in their user profile, whether or not they have any of the services offered by Wetopi contracted.
Reduced version
At Wetopi, new customers have 30 calendar days of warranty with 100% refund. Guarantee applicable only to accommodation plans.
The period is not altered even if the size or type of plan is changed. To obtain the refund, the customer must terminate the contractual relationship and expressly request it.
If the contractual relationship does not terminate and there is a balance in your favor, no transfer or payment will be made: the amount will be available for an indefinite time in the Wetopi wallet and in your profile.
Exclusions from the 30 calendar days money-back guarantee
The following terms and/or services are excluded from enjoying any type of guarantee, refund, or total or partial reimbursement of their amount set on the Wetopi website.
- Customers who, after leaving, re-contract any WordPress hosting plan offered by Wetopi.
- Migrations that, by their nature, are paid.
- Contracted malware cleaning or removal service.
- Database recovery service.
- WordPress Performance analysis service.
- DNS and CDN help and configuration service in Cloudflare.
- Reverse proxy service.
- External Redis Object Cache service.
- Cloudflare account configuration service that enables the Argo add-on.
- Backup rescue service due to accidental deletion caused by the customer.
- Any of the service contracting time slots for the Micro tasks service: 15, 30, 60, or 120 minutes.
Exclusions
Certain terms or services are excluded from the 30-day guarantee: re-contracting, payment migration, malware cleaning, recovery, analysis, DNS/CDN, reverse proxy, Redis, Argo configuration, backup rescues and micro-tasks of any duration.
